ABOUT
US

WE'VE GOT OUR OWN COMEDY CLUB!

Breakneck Comedy is Aberdeen’s first ever dedicated comedy club.

We are open weekly from Thursday to Sunday offering a variety of comedians to suit everyone’s humour.

Based in Aberdeen City Centre our new comedy club is the BIGGEST in Scotland and hosts the best in local, national and international comedians.

Our Comedy nights are not simply restricted to the Aberdeen club, as we operate comedy nights in local village halls across the country - so look out for a us coming to a town near you.

Breakneck Comedy can also arrange comedy shows for anyone anywhere; be it a corporate event, another venue or a comedian for your special event so please get in touch if you are looking for that extra fun factor!

We are the official programmer for the annual Aberdeen Comedy Festival and have vast experience of the comedy circuit that can’t be rivaled by any other booking agency.

SOME OF THE COMPANIES WE HAVE MADE LAUGH

OUR STORY

Breakneck Comedy was founded in 2010 by Naz Hussain. The former student at The Robert Gordon University and Pupil at St. Machar Academy has built up a comedy scene in Aberdeen which has exceeded most people’s expectations. Working many late nights from his bedroom, Naz has turned his comedy nights to a successful brand which is one of the most recognised in the UK.

2010

We launched an open mic night every second Sunday at The Blue Lamp in Aberdeen.

2011

We ditched the Sunday nights and launched a weekly Saturday night show and it turned out to be popular.  We then launched Breakneck Christmas Parties and Sponsorship opportunities for local businesses.

2012

We took over rival comedy club called Snafu Comedy Club which was a weekly Tuesday show in Aberdeen.

2013

We started organising comedy nights in Aberdeenshire.

2014

We launched the Comedy Ball.

2015

We started organising comedy shows for companies, supplying comedians for events.

2016

We helped mastermind the Aberdeen Comedy Festival.

2017

We left the Blue Lamp and launched our own purpose built comedy club.

2018

We take over the world...
