Ticket information
The bonafide “comedy-fizz bomb” Ayrshire born comic Billy Kirkwood has established himself as one of the United Kingdom’s most watchable and versatile acts thanks to his loveable on-stage presence. His inventive and energetic stand up performances, coupled with a unique ability to make anything funny and an unbridled mischievous streak, have charmed audiences the world over.
The award winning comic performs to packed out clubs, venues, festivals and events all across the UK, clocking up sell-out one-man shows at the Glasgow, Edinburgh, Brighton and Manchester international comedy festivals. He’s supported tours for huge names including Tim Minchin, Frankie Boyle, WWE”s Mick Foley and William Regal, and Police Academy‘s Michael Winslow.
'EFFORTLESSLY FUNNY, SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE'
Metro
The man from Montrose Scott Forbes is now the resident MC at Breakneck Comedy Club and has fast become an audience favourite. From observations to impressions, his straight to the point quick wit humour always has the audience in raptures. In 2019 he supported Gary Meikle on a number of tour dates and also had his first successful sold out show “Adulting” at Glasgow international Comedy Festival.
“Rapid fire natural delivery” Evening Express
“He gets you quick and once he does it’s machine gun laughter all the way “ Gary Meikle
A Glaswegian force of nature with a past as wild as his punchlines, Pete Murphy, aka The Pirate King, blends biker grit, wrestling legend energy, and razor-sharp dark humour into one unstoppable act.
A two-time Hall of Fame ex-wrestler turned stand-up who has just started his first UK tour after sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe and the Glasgow Comedy Festival.
He’s a master of cutting observations, brutal honesty, and laugh-out-loud absurdity. Equal parts philosopher and menace, he sails through crowds leaving devastation, belly laughs, and the odd existential crisis in his wake. Stats: Swagger 10/10 | Sarcasm 11/10 | Likelihood of Offending Someone: Guaranteed
