Obie has been a regular on the Scottish comedy scene for over 20 years.As well as headlining shows the country he has been performing his own shows at comedy festivals for over 15 years mainly in Edinburgh but has also traveled as far as Melbourne and Perth Australia. An actor, writer, and comic, ML is best known for her role as Maggie in BBC Scotland's hit comedy 'Scot Squad', and was a previous semi-finalist in both 'Scotland's Comedian of The Year’ and ‘Funny Women UK’. (Other accolades include being a Blue Peter badge holder, and passing her cycling proficiency first time). Nowadays she continues to write for BBC radio, and can be seen performing on the Scottish Comedy Circuit, particularly in the north-east where she’s based.
