Northern Ireland Micky Bartlett is know for his solo standup shows as well as headlining the biggest clubs across the country and is also a successful comic actor as well as writer.
He starred in the recent viral Irish Harp Lager ads as well as creating and starring in a series of clips for BBC online’s “Tight Shorts” digital strand.
A regular guest on the ‘General Banter’ podcast, Micky was the long term resident host at Belfast’s legendary Empire comedy rooms and also tours with some of the biggest names in live stand-up including Tommy Tiernan and Patrick Kielty, initially supporting the latter’s 2012 “Home” tour which included opening to a sell out crowd at Belfast’s Odyssey Arena.
This set went so well it led to him performing as warm up for “Dave’s One Night Stand”, which in turn led to Micky featuring on the broadcast version of the show.
The man from Montrose Scott Forbes is now the resident MC at Breakneck Comedy Club and has fast become an audience favourite. From observations to impressions, his straight to the point quick wit humour always has the audience in raptures. In 2019 he supported Gary Meikle on a number of tour dates and also had his first successful sold out show “Adulting” at Glasgow international Comedy Festival.

Dundee's finest comedian Steve Mcleod burst onto the scottish comedy scene in 2018 and is now one of scotland's rising comedy stars. Steve got hooked into comedy by attending one of our comedian recruitment open days. Since then he has over 100 shows under his belt, performed at the biggest clubs in the UK and has recently supported top names such as Larry Dean, Gary Meikle and Fred MacAulay and now performs all over the UK.
His warm charm and funny will certainly cheer you up.
