The man from Montrose Scott Forbes is now the resident MC at Breakneck Comedy Club and has fast become an audience favourite.  From observations to impressions, his straight to the point quick wit humour always has the audience in raptures.  In 2019 he supported Gary Meikle on a number of tour dates and also had his first successful sold out show “Adulting” at Glasgow international Comedy Festival.

John began his stand-up career in the early 90's, quickly establishing himself on the Scottish comedy circuit.  With a strong drive for achievement and love for DJing, he made his way into London clubs and launched onto the UK comedy scene, becoming one of the biggest Scottish acts in the industry.

John's work is distinct and delivers a refreshing burst of stories that leaves audiences in raptures.  Now residing in Glasgow, he continues to be a vibrant presence, regularly performing at all the main comedy clubs across the world.
